產(chǎn)品由瓶塞穿刺器保護套、瓶塞穿刺器、帶空氣過(guò)濾器和塞子的進(jìn)氣口或進(jìn)氣器件(選配)、滴管、滴斗(雙層)、藥液過(guò)濾器、管路(雙層)、流量調節器、注射件(選配件)、外圓錐接頭、外圓錐接頭保護套組成,可帶或不帶靜脈輸液針。型號B9為雙瓶塞穿刺器。進(jìn)氣器件結構:保護套、進(jìn)氣針、管路、夾子(選配件),空氣過(guò)濾器。藥液過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾介質(zhì)標稱(chēng)孔徑為:2.0μm、3.0μm、5.0μm、15μm。主要原材料為:聚氯乙烯(PVC,增塑劑為DEHP)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、聚乙烯(PE)、0Cr18Ni9醫用不銹鋼針管,避光劑化學(xué)名稱(chēng):3-羥基-4-[(4-甲基-2-磺酸基苯基)偶氮]-2-萘甲酸鈣鹽。 產(chǎn)品的管壁采用雙層結構,內層材質(zhì)為普通聚氯乙烯,外層為避光聚氯乙烯。滴斗、導管對290-450nm波長(cháng)光譜透光率分別為:滴斗≤35%,導管≤15%。產(chǎn)品采用環(huán)氧乙烷滅菌。
